Whether you need a Certified Canine Behavior Specialist or a Trainer, RSK is fully staffed to assist you with your dog to achieve behavior and relationship objectives. Working with a member of our RSK K9 Behavior and Tactical staff, you can transform your dog into a confident, calm companion. Participate in professional behavior modification and/or training programs: from basic manners to specialized behaviors, our veteran-owned facility offers the tri-state area’s most comprehensive K9 behavior and training services—trusted by hundreds. Support is provided at our one-acre facility or in your home.
Our Bullhead City facility features a climate controlled indoor training area and large outdoor space with obstacle and enrichment-based equipment, used for evaluations, modification programs, and manners support.
The RSK Canine Behavior and Tactical Team includes multiple staff members with extended military and law enforcement backgrounds, plus decades of experience in training service and therapy dogs. David Torres, our supervisor, is a Certified Canine Behavior Specialist and Trainer.
Each member works in a direct area of interest and expertise, applying their skills respectfully to strengthen the dog-human bond.

We provide free training for local shelter dogs, helping to increase adoption rates and save lives. Through our K9 for Vets initiative, we give back to military veterans and first responders by providing service dogs and offering special discounts. Our dedicated Volunteer Service Dog Teams visit hospitals, therapy centers, and veteran organizations throughout Mohave County, spreading comfort and hope wherever they go. As proud partners with the Bullhead City Animal Shelter and Positive Paws Rescue, we actively encourage adoption, volunteerism, and responsible pet care in our community.

Absolutely. Our 1-acre facility features 24/7 surveillance, climate-controlled indoor spaces, secure outdoor areas; dogs housed individually with temperature control and constant monitoring; highest cleanliness standards and premium bedding/equipment.

We offer a 10% military discount for veterans (requires DD214, Military retirement ID, or VA ID Card), and 10% discounts for first responders and seniors (65+). Multiple pet discounts not offered.
